Process

FIRST MEETING

A first meeting is necessary to see what the expectations are. Your project is at least as important to you as it is to us. Listening and getting the picture of what you really want is essential at this stage

DRAFT DESIGN

Based on your expectations we will start to shape the draft version of your interior. Clean and simplified drafts will be the presented and tested against your wishes. Aesthetics, balance, light and functionality are always kept in mind. The draft version of your design will be the base of our collaboration.

MEASUREMENT

Everything gets measured precisely and will then be drawn digitally.

DESIGN PLAN

If we agree on the draft we made for your project, we will move on to the final design. We’ll discuss materials, several options and look at what is possible. The concept for the placement of lightning is also drawn up together with a professional partner. Every single detail counts at this stage.

IMPLEMENTATION PLAN

Dimensions, implementation and principle details are calculated and written down for the contractors to prepare a good offer.

MATERIALS LIST

We will help you picking out materials, sanitary and kitchen appliances, lighting fixtures and techniques. Once done and completely approved, this list will be sent to the various implementers.

COMPETITION AND QUOTE COMPARISON

Our job is to prepare the quote comparison for you. We check whether everything is correct and whether we compare the right things with one another. We’ll sit down with you and the contractor / contractors to discuss options and timelines. If we agree on this, we can start scheduling D-day!

SITE MONITORING

Everyone benefits from strict site monitoring. You, us and the contractor. This way we can intervene in time and propose solutions in case a problem should occur. We always keep an eye on the timing, the quality and the budget, so that everyone has a good feeling about the progress of the project.

FINAL INSPECTION AND FOLLOW-UP

The final bill is reviewed and we will follow up the delivery report. If there are additional questions or works in the meantime, outside of the proposed quotation, we will be happy to follow them up. Always ensuring that there is clarity about what is and what is not in the existing quotation. If necessary, the contractor can make an additional offer.
